Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at local TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist with software usage. A proactive ambassador mindset and strong customer service are essential to grow TurboTax’s client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine helpfulness in achieving clients' financial goals.
• Utilize resources and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
