Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement as trusted advisors.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support on-site, while helping grow the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Interest in local community presence and online content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing role.
