Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role serves in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships.

You will work on-site, engaging with the community, and leveraging TurboTax tools to help clients achieve favorable tax outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax’s presence in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with software and product support.
