Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships with local clients and the community. The role emphasizes proactive community engagement, driving new client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to build local community presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and genuine care.
• Engage with the local community, generate leads, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
