Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize refunds and plan for the future while growing the local client base. You will be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax, engaging prospects, and driving local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active tax professionals with licenses and PTIN; strong tax knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040s with professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20 hours/week, in a front-facing retail setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, including complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and build future tax plans using available tools.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and client-centric service.
• Build long-term trust to turn single transactions into ongoing client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools while addressing inquiries.
