Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare returns, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Must possess active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and be comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment, including weekends and extended hours based on demand.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return prep and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
