Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, using your tax expertise to tailor solutions to each situation.

You’ll engage the community, grow the client base with marketing support, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
