Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with clients to build long-term relationships.

Role is on-site, non-exempt, with opportunities to grow the local client base and participate in community outreach, marketing, and customer-first service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week including Sundays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex cases.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
