You will perform in-person tax preparation and advisory services, helping clients achieve favorable financial outcomes while representing the TurboTax brand in the local community. The role emphasizes on-site work, customer-focused service, and building a lasting client base through marketing support and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN and state licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships with clients.
