Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S.

You’ll provide full service tax return prep and tax advice, using TurboTax tools to help customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity. You’ll also act as a community ambassador, attracting new clients, building relationships, and delivering a top-notch customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice onsite.
• Assist customers with simple to complex tax situations using TurboTax products.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
