Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and use TurboTax products to deliver personalized service.

You will engage with the local community to expand the client base, build relationships, and support marketing efforts. A front-facing role with a strong focus on customer success and tax expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site work required.
• Ability to work in a front-facing retail environment; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to manage client interactions.
