Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include in-person service, community engagement, and leveraging marketing support to build long-term relationships. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) active.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location in the U.S.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns per season).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Provide tax planning advice and deductions optimization.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and community presence.
• Deliver in-person customer service at TurboTax locations.
