Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate tax needs, deliver accurate tax preparation, and provide a best-in-class experience in a front-facing retail environment. This year-round, on-site role requires CPA/EA/attorney licenses, active PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax-season prep experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximise refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
