Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing the client base with marketing support from TurboTax.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, customer service, and accurate tax solutions using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s yearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead community outreach and local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist customers in person using TurboTax products and guidance.
