Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs while growing local client bases and fostering trusted relationships in the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays, and be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the store.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-store.
