Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including Illinois. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow TurboTax’s local client base while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will need an active EA/CPA/attorney license, a PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax-prep experience (30+ 1040s per season). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice to customers.
• Assist with deductions, credits, and tax planning for clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and support marketing initiatives.
