Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers and help grow the local client base.

Applicants should have an active EA/CPA or attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of federal/state tax return experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you will work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or attorney with tax expertise.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• State licenses or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax policy.
• Must work onsite at TurboTax location weekly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and tools.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build trust in- store.
• Engage with local marketing efforts and grow client base.
