Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualified candidates have active EA, CPA, or attorney licenses, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax return experience with professional software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Leverage resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
