Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation and planning while representing TurboTax in the community.

Applicants should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, have at least 3 years of paid tax return experience, and be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a PTIN is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years tax filing experience.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willing to work onsite in a retail environment.
• PTIN currently active.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a pro-active ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Engage with customers in-person and via video tools.
• Support local marketing initiatives and community events.
