Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax expertise and personalized service to clients, including in-person and virtual customers.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and provide end-to-end support from discovery to final tax outcomes, while upholding Intuit standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and organize local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to address their needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their complete financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
