Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver personalized advice, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax clientele, lead community outreach, and represent Intuit in marketing efforts while upholding professional standards, completing training, and maintaining

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and establish relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
