Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver top-tier tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work closely with clients in person and virtually, building lasting relationships while leveraging Intuit resources to provide a comprehensive financial solution.

You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring accurate filings, client education, and opportunities to upsell related services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att or equivalent tax credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address client needs.
