Intuit Careers seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit specialists. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services, supporting local growth and client loyalty.

The role emphasizes building relationships, community engagement, and year-round service with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local growth driver by identifying prospects through outreach and community partnerships.

• Build lasting relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture and delivering end-to-end support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and clear financial guidance.
