Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and drive customer loyalty while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week 8:00–17:00
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and trust-building in the community
