Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end services and act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and brand presence. You will advise on tax strategies, navigate complex scenarios, and leverage Intuit resources to expand offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end client experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
