Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
