Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience while growing your local client base.

You’ll help clients navigate complex tax situations, provide clear guidance, and build lasting relationships that foster community trust and ongoing engagement with TurboTax products and services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Three years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with tax laws and Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for a full Intuit ecosystem experience.
• Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer service in-person and via video tools.
