Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full preparation services onsite. You will act as a trusted advisor, grow a local client base, and connect customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll solutions.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while assisting with complex tax scenarios and ongoing financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Openness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships for year-round client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
