Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA, CPA or attorney) with tax prep experience.
• PTIN active required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
