Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and full service tax preparation for individuals and businesses.

You’ll coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end support and build lasting client relationships in your community. As a local ambassador, you’ll drive growth, engage with clients face-to-face, and participate in training while using Intuit tools and marketing resources to expand

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Build relationships and foster long-term trust with clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax planning.
