Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will build local relationships, deliver end-to-end tax services, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning while supporting community outreach and customer growth in your market. This nonexempt, on-site role requires a strong client focus, the ability to work 20+ hours weekly, and

Qualifications

EA, CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
Must work onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
Assist with complex tax situations and planning using Intuit tools.
Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
