Intuit, Inc. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on growing local client relationships. You will engage with customers to understand their financial situations, deliver end-to-end tax solutions, and help

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a trusted local ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.

• Deliver an exceptional, customer‑oriented experience in person and virtually.
