Onsite duties include tax preparation, advice, and software support, with collaboration across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. Role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and end-to-end service with marketing support and resources from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must reside in the United States and work onsite during standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and collaborate with specialists for optimal client outcomes.
