Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, sound tax advice, and software support while building trusted client relationships and expanding the local customer base.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience, guiding clients through complex situations and future planning with care and clarity.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week during tax season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client relationships and drive community growth.
• Coordinate with specialists for full-scope tax advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities with support.
