Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will meet clients in person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions and helping grow the local client base through community outreach.

This nonexempt, onsite role requires strong tax knowledge, customer focus, and collaboration with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service during peak tax seasons.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred or equivalent tax credentials.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with appropriate Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
