Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building local relationships. As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guidance, both in person and via video tools.
