Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle hands-on tax preparation, provide expert advice, and support clients through complex scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will actively grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and offer access to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and maintain a 20+ hour weekly schedule.
• Uniforms will be provided and may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Lead local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships to build a sustainable client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit tools and video platforms.
• Develop relationships to convert prospective clients into long-term customers.
