Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new TurboTax locations across the United States. As a Local Service Expert, you will provide tax expertise, assist clients with preparation, and act as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate tax obligations.

You will drive local growth through community engagement, outreach, events, and partnerships, while connecting clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparation.
• Lead local outreach and build a new local customer base.
• Organize local events and community partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
