Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to support year-round operations in new locations across the United States. You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and help clients achieve strong financial outcomes while representing the Intuit brand.

As a local ambassador, you will grow a client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and connect clients with related Intuit services for a complete financial picture.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 work with 30+ returns/season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising purposes.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base.
• Lead local events and partnerships to create ongoing customer engagement.
• Guide clients to the full Intuit ecosystem with related services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
