Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert advice while connecting clients with Intuit specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with a nationwide network to provide year‑round support for client financial needs.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare taxes onsite and for virtual clients with complex scenarios.
• Advise clients and deliver tax planning guidance.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships with community partners.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for holistic service.
