Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns, collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service in person and virtually.

You will actively grow a local client base, build long-term relationships, and drive loyalty while leveraging marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit tools.
