Job summary

As a trusted advisor, you will provide tax preparation, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and grow the local TurboTax client base through in-person and virtual engagement while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types and work areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
