Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service tax return preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists, support local client growth, and help customers navigate personal and business tax needs with Intuit solutions. Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business, including compliance and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Support local growth by outreach, referrals, and community partnerships to attract and retain clients.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
