Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will partner with a broader team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience, grow the local client base, and build lasting relationships through community outreach and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Att OR Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep exp and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 yrs of paid exp filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using pro tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week; hours may scale during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and development; cross-training of other products.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing local client base and engaging with the community.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path and access to resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy in person or via video tools.
