Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver personalized guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to cover broader tax and advisory services.

Ideal candidates have active PTINs and 3+ years of experience handling individual and business tax returns. You will engage with the local community, organize events, and help grow a trusted local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
