Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a collaborative team to serve in-person and virtual clients, building relationships and guiding customers through complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit resources. You will be a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and help clients access broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
