Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work on-site, serving in-person and virtual clients, and act as the connect between customers and a wider team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, grow your local client base, and ensure a seamless, year-round Intuit experience with strong customer focus and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Interested in expanding to additional services with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex personal and business returns.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
