Job summary

Intuit is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses. You will join a local TurboTax location, working with a team of tax professionals to provide end-to-end support in person and virtually.

You’ll help grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for comprehensive client service.
