Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end service, from tax planning to software support, while growing your client base in the community. You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with

Formación

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 20+ hours weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with strong customer service.
