Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, combining client service with software support and personalized financial guidance. You’ll build local client relationships, drive community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to expand the local TurboTax footprint, while ensuring a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite, typically 20+ hours per week and participate in required training.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with company training.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support local growth initiatives.
